The Lemon Springerle Holiday Cookie Gift Tin includes three molded cookies that celebrate the holiday season. Each holiday cookie is an artistic, hand decorated masterpiece by Emobssed Edibles. The three cookies include Santa in a sleigh, a delicate snowflake, and a child with a snowman. Cookies range in size from 2 1/2 inches up to 3 1/2 x 2 inches and come individually wrapped and packaged in a platinum gift tin with satin ribbon and an embossed seal. Enjoy these artistic holiday cookies yourself or give them as a gift! When you place your order, each cookie is created using a Springerle mold and then baked and hand-decorated. These Springerle cookies have a unique rich lemon cake-like texture inside with a crispy outside. Springerle molds and recipes used for baking cookies come from a very old European tradition. These cookies can be eaten, or left to air dry and be used as ornaments. Allow 1 week before cookies are shipped.
